Special Needs Ministry
Our mission as a ministry is to glorify God by loving, welcoming and including individuals with special needs and/or disabilities in every setting at Calvary Chapel Chester Springs. We are committed to helping all individuals grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ and be conformed to His image by the power of the Holy Spirit, no matter what physical, cognitive, intellectual, and/or developmental challenges they face.
We want to equip them, as well as their families, to follow Jesus, share His love and good news with others, and fulfill the good works that God has prepared in advance for them to walk in.

The life to which Jesus calls each of us is abundant in blessing, wisdom, and the knowledge of Him, but it is also one of service and sacrifice. Practical Support
We aim to offer the following practical support to those affected by disabilities and/or special needs.
Sunday School Support
Special Needs Class (1st Service – 8:00am) for students ages 13+
Special Needs Class (3rd Service – 11:15am) for students age 4+
Students newborn to 3 years are welcome in nursery and preschool classrooms during all 3 services
When appropriate, we provide 1:1 aides for students within inclusive classroom environments during all 3 services
Wednesday Evening
Awana (Sept–May): We provide 1:1 aides for students within inclusive classroom environments
Bright Kids (June–August): We offer an inclusive large group class setting as well as a special needs class for ages 4 and up
Fellowship Events
Fellowship and Fun Nights (June, July, August) — interactive games/activities for children and teens while parents fellowship
Respite Nights
Community Outings
